An ideal leader for me is:

*a perosn who is willing to understand the feelings of those people around him. He must not be blind...(literally )

*Must be able to choose, not what is right or wrong but what maybe the best solution in a problem.

*He must be able to percieve things in shades of gray and not in shades of black and white (whoa,, lalim nun...)

*He must learn how to look underneath the underneath... (crap.. what am I saying...)

*He must be concerned on the welfare of others, and not just about himself.

Hmm this things I put here are all opinions of yours truly  So please don't sue, me, I have no lawyers..

I so can't believe this... We had no classes last wek on the same days, wed, and thurs, and who would've thought that we wont have classes for this week too! It's like, we already had our term break, although it's an earlier version. Atleast I'm glad our FILKOMU finals won't be on the same day with our COMPRO. I don't wanna study 2 subjects on the same day y'know.

Anyway, our term break will surely decrease. Too bad for us...  Anyway I don't mind, as long as I pass all my subjects, that's all that matters ne? Gwahahaha.. for you people have a nice day lol

Aaaahhhh at last... the MP is finally over. Although I was only able to perfect the level 1, atleast I was able to do levels 2,3,4. I'm hoping that sir would atleast give me some AWA points for that, since It only has few bugs left  Anyway, I'll focus on studying for the finals this week and the next. I'm hoping I can pass this term

That's all folks! bb!

1.    In your few weeks of stay in De La Salle, can you identify one area of concern that affects the quality of life in your school?

ANS: The flooded GOKS. The Sportscenter, Dang they wont let me swim in a shorts or t-shirt, that means I need to buy swimsuit!!!

2. What is your proposed solution to this problem?

ANS: Please let me swim at the sportscenter without having to buy new swimsuits. My old one was like, waaaay back 12 years!

3. As an active citizen in De La Salle, what do you commit yourself to do so that this school would become an ideal school?

To be able to use all of La Salle's uhm... facilities. Have uhmm friendly competitions between the other colleges? In our school, it's like that lol

Love... anu nga ba ang love? since I haven't experienced it before I really dont know. But I can give my own opinion of what is love. Love is AGAPE. hehe You love because you want to love. Just like what they say, Love is a choice.

Love is blind? harhar... for me this is true for the quote "You don't love for a reason"

If you have reasons why you love a person then I can't say that's true love. I mean, if you love someone because of something, like let's say some of their good qualities, then what about their bad qualities? does that mean, you can't accept those bad bad qualities? You should love a person as a whole, whatever they are, whoever they are, despite of the age gaps blah blah... you should accept them as who they are.

Love is not jealous. well this is very hard. Ofcourse this is also true, You should have faith and trust. If you don't trust them, then.... you don't trust them!  hehehe...

*pag parehong gwapo at maganda, MEANT TO BE DAW UN...

*Pag pareho clang panget.... "NO CHOICE AT ALL..."(harhar...)

that's all folks!

Briefly explain, what you do in your work?

Answer : My job, it’s pretty simple...soft system analyst. Which basically I build computer systems for people. It generally works by sitting down, talking to people like you, other people about what they need, what they want to do, going back, designing a system, checking back with them to make sure everything, all the requirements are there, it’s what they want, building it, testing it, showing it to them, working with it until it gets to be exactly what they want, giving it to them, and making sure that it makes their life easier. Not a whole lot more than that. It ranges from mundane event databases to pretty neat, pretty cool multimedia applications, playing video, playing, showing imagery, things like that. A pretty wide spectrum.

What do you like about your job?

Answer : I like the diversity. One day I may work on, like I said, a very mundane, basic database. The next day, I can be building a, a Website. Another day I’ll be building a multimedia application. It keeps things jumping around. I get to talk to different people all the time. I meet new people. I don’t work with one group, you know, over and over again. I don’t sit in my cubicle day in, day out and write code like a lot of people have the idea that a programmer, system analyst does. I’m out meeting, talking to the people. And, I learn new technologies. We, we try to develop with new tools. We don’t do the same things over and over again. It’s just a diverse environment. And, I think that is one of the biggest likes that I have of it, and always have had!

What advice would you give to someone considering this field?

Answer 7 General advice is: You have to learn the theory when you’re in school. If you want to study computers, computer science, computer information, you have to know computers. You have to understand the theory behind it. You learn a lot when you get to the job, but you really need to know the basics before you get here. I would say, in school: Make sure you take math. Make sure you take some science and engineering. I would definitely say: Take some business classes. And, one thing a lot of people overlook is: Take communication classes. A lot of people in my field don’t know how to effectively communicate with the people around them and to the people they have to go talk to. And, it’s a skill, it’s a very good skill to have. And, it makes your life a whole lot easier. And then, my final advice would be: Have fun. Do a job that you like doing. If you don’t like doing it, you need to, you know, I wouldn’t even start.

Whaaa I always forget posting these moments!

So my worst moment maybe... the exam in COMPRO! I was actually quite unwell so I couldn't focus too much on the exam. I'm pretty sure I'll get a failing grade. I wonder what will happen to me... My parents will kill me!!  ehehehe.... Someone save me from my imagination!!!

Greatest moment.... hmm... do I even have one as for this week?

Nah I guess not... no I can't think of any... yep not at all... nothing in particular... absolutely nothing... yea none at all.... uhuh.... and why am I still thinking?

Howdy guys! It's been a while!

Oh I missed this blog... just kidding. Anyway Identify the blunders we go!

Well actually I already know some about this things, so there's really nothing to say, although I have to admit, I don't know about the etiquette regarding INTERNATIONAL GESTURES. Some of my blunders are:

*Do not point

*avoid excessive hand gestures

*Do not touch your nose

*or to avoid listing evertyhing up, just read the section about the INTERNATIONAL GESTURES. I often do some of the things there, although I didn't know it was wrong.

And now, since I was enlightened by these informative etiquettes, I will try my best as to heed these gestures. Isapuso natin to men!! (n_n)\/

So.. Action plan huh... well my only concern is studies studies studies. Pass the subjects and we'll get very serious for the next terms to come. I tend to be lazy but I can also study for a whole 10 hours without sleeping. Hah! I do that everytime we have periodicals back at my highschool days. It's either LIVE or DIE. If I pass then I LIVE, if I fail then I DIE! hahahahaha

Haha frankly, if there was only a course in astrophysics in the philippines, I wouldn't be in ComSci right now. well anyway...

20 years from now I'll be a member of SQUARE ENIX corp. and a scientist working at NASA! Hahahahaha.... Gosh I wish it'd come true...

May 23 - 25, 2007

Ah... at long last, the most dreaded day has come... Classes has finally started. Unlucky me! Anyway, If I'd known that it was till too early for our PE class, then I would've just waited at the elevator instead of climbing upstairs. (jeez...)
Well as of the 1st 3 days, everything seems to be fine. I like our schedule and the teachers seems to be nice and friendly so for now, I think I have nothing to be worried about. YEHEY!!! Wla pang assignments... not! Meron sa Materials Science! It was given to us by our sub teach. It was only supposed to be a
R-E-V-I-E-W but it turned out that our SO-CALLED review became an ASSIGNMENT! Crap! Aaarrgghh!!! (T_T)\/

May 28 - June 1, 2007

Maundy Monday... (biro lang po...) We had our PERSEF subject, I thought at first that it would be more likely about Values Ed.
(Pls. just so everyone knows, this sentence is definitely no joke (n_n) baka sabihin niyo sipsip ako hehehe...) pero yun talaga yung naisip ko nung makita ko siya. And astig mgsalita! (Again, this is no SIPSIP statement) And so, this is now the reason (PERSEF) why I am doing this blog.

Teary Tuesday... BASICON & COMPRO. We had a short quiz on BASICON. Stupid me, I forgot about some of the rules kaya ayun, imbes na perfect, nagkaron pa ng 3 mistakes. COMPRO naman may quiz daw, YEAH todo aral ako!! Chapters 1 & 2 binasa ko, just to see that it was just a 10 item quiz, and what's worst was that, kung anu yung nilesson namin, yun at yun din yung lumabas (T_T) Anyway, I have no doubts, that I got a perfect score... and it seems that we all got it perfect too. Oh and aside from that we also met our REAL teach in SCIMATP. He's pretty nice and friendly! YES! And it turns out na hindi rin naman pla namin kelangan ipass yung assignment na binigay nung sub teach last thursday. Great just great... All those nose bleeding equation for nothing... fwahh... (T_T)

Wailing Wednesday... PE class again, have I mentioned before that our PE is Taekwondo? No I haven't, so last week was just introduction, now it's more on warm ups and doing the kickings. Yipppee!! Taekwondo! I always wanted to learn this, although I already have some enough fighting experience with my older cousin...
(That was back then when I was six. Palage ko siyang hinahamon ng boxing, lagi naman akong umiiyak sa huli (T_T)) As for the warm up, we had stretching and squats, as well as bending etc. etc. At 1st, I thought, I'd enjoy this, not until we went on to do the stretching... (Heck I feel like hell , the day after our PE session. My whole body seemed to be aching. Gaaahhh...)

Tormenting Thursday... We had our lab session at basicon, it was about assembling your CPU. My groupmates and I, seem to have made a job well done. I just didn't like our CPU.

Fabulous but failing Friday... (happiest and worst moment is in here!)

    HAPPIEST MOMENT:
Yehey!!! Wala teacher sa math!!! woohooo!!!
    WORST MOMENT
: Crap...

SUMMARY:   All in all I guess my 1st week is still fine. Not much to do right now, but I shouldn't overlook things. I'm sure the next weeks will be a lot harder. GOD please guide poor little me. I will try my best to pass and get 3.5 above!  PEACE MEN! (>_<)\m/
